Four banks, including JPMorgan, fined $136m for ‘cartel’ behaviour

The European Commission fined four big financial institutions 93.9 million euros (about $136.09 million) on Tuesday over two types of activity it deemed cartel behaviour.

These banks would have made a lot more than they were fined. Where is the justice of fining the organisation less than they make on the Criminal activity. The worlds financial system is completely corrupt and things wont change until they start jailing the board members, that is the only time things will change when these people are jailed and not before.
