I had some old reports on this business space. I'll take a look and see what I can find.
As far as capital requirements I don't think they are very high because as the third party ("tri-party") clearing bank you are an intermediary that alleviates the administrative burden between two parties engaging in a repo. In theory you should have no (little) liability to the actual market if you are running your clearing house properly. Makes me wonder why JPMorgan would be quitting this space. Eshmun
