    I started the Japan Fund 14 July 2003 since you want exact dates.

    Here are the numbers for the ANZ Fund. I DCA $200/month. At 31/3/2014 it was worth, $106,700, at 31/3/2105 it was worth $134,800. It shows on my bank statement currently worth $140,050.
    26.33% less say 2% for my contributions. Easy money.
