Nup it is the customers fault for not wanting to use a branch and the supposed customer service they used to provide.

In Canberra, NAB has now reduced down to 2 branches.

Whereas, a no-name like Beyond Bank has 6 branches.

Used to take me 5 mins to get to NAB, now 30+mins.

I am sure it is the same story for the other big 4 banks.

And, they are wondering why I do not go to them...??
