It all depends on how you look at it. Say you had 10 million BRK shares at break even price of 2c ($200k). Either you look it as at sp =1.4 1/ you are down $60k or 2/ 2months ago you were down $100k and thus you have recovered $40k in 2 months and 3/ another similar rise puts you at break even. Just like the Casino, placing a bet on a small Company can either make you some money or a lot of money or lose the lot. Then there are those that never lose and never win by never placing a bet. They never get the buzz from playing. Maybe they get it from a few drinks.
