Thank you for your kind words megavolt. But I must insist that I am but a minnow in the presence of many other posters here.
I am very happy that your patience and belief has paid off. I have found it just as difficult now to sell as when it was 4c. You will never time it. Just make your decision and have no regrets. Sounds like you can have your pool and hold some for more upside. Maybe the best of both worlds??
From what I can see, I agree with many others that it may keep going a little more before having a breather. Also there will be Fibonacci retracements and MA/ trendline tests. Could be 31.8%, 50% or even 61.2%. Look at PLL it retraced back to high 20's from 60c but now look at it. Have you got the stomach for another ride on the roller-coaster?
Good luck with whatever you decide. There is no right or wrong answer. Putting smiles on your kids faces for years to come is pretty special.
