i had looked into SMSF, but tax office stuff me around ....long story nothing illegal just tranferred my then very small super to the tax office becasue the supre insituation classified my sufer as in active and low value and under gov policy that gets transfer to aTo until retirement age, which is this year for me ...but the age for retirement has now be changeds....

under what you have suggested, sound like a costly exericse with accountant.... unless i get a mate rates to do that.
even under SMSF set up also a bit expensive, as not quite enough to make that ok iwth what i hold which is not millions... of course in 10 year CXO holding could be that. 10 years too latesss for me.

it is dicey with being on a pension,as we are able to earn a lowly amount with out affecting that.,
but between the ATO (eventually have to pay some CGT) and pension likely to be cut, its all a fine line to living.

but will raise the issue with accountant when i get to see them, i have talk to them prior about this and they are not versed enough in pension etc cnetrelink stuff, and as NOT a financail planner cna't really offer too much for fear of mal practice as such
