Woody, just closed my SMSF after many years and rolled into retail fund, no compliance or reams of documentation or costs.. Accountant can advise on company (Pty Ltd) and how it functions.Not very costly ,but will need a tax return each year . seems like CGT will be a given for you though for this transaction.
