Barbecue on the charcoal webber, until cooked:
3 red capsicum
0 to ½ of eggplant (optional or to taste)
1 or 2 tomato (optional or to taste)
Pulse in the blender with:
¼ to ½ dozen pitted olives (optional)
2 to 5 cloves garlic
0 to 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (optional or to taste)
0 to 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika (optional or to taste)
0 to ½ teaspoon red cayenne pepper (optional or to taste)
Soy sauce to taste
Zest to taste
Heat with some water and white wine and serve

Barbecue the steak well on one side and rare on the other
