Okay? Not quite getting your meaning re number of buyers and sellers...RSI measures overbought and oversold with change in prices.
BBUS weekly chart below...
Seems to be a correlation between RSI and direction of movement...doesn't mean it will charge up. The RSI can bump along the bottom as price fall and BBUS is still way below 200ma. Definitely not a strong buy.
Correlation of direction to RSI is pretty strong though.
