I have seen many oilers that surge and then followed by a dump, so be careful. There are many mining companies out there with lots of 'potential' and yet their share price is undervalued. Quite a number that have gone up and manage to maintain a higher price for long periods are the ones that managed to convert 'potentials' to 'reality'.
So, once this land acquisition has completed, SUR must be able to bring the black gold onto the surface.
