Thankyou for your input here. I am not in mining but have worked close at times with hydrologist etc. they would have the right credentials to get the job and as such their indemnity would hold significant weighting to DMP assessments I'm sure. so if that is the dominant issue for delay, then I would be confident with it passing through. I stand to be corrected but the DMP would not have assessors holding these accreditations and as such would rely on their findings. Of course if there are obvious questions, the DMP may well chose to have the flood mitigation submission reviewed independently.
Its all new ML requirements, and we maybe the first application to be hit with these more onerous requirements. No thanks to Debbie
