why did flinders acquire Big North ?

i know the woxna pit has a 40% over 100micron ( max >250 micron)
and 60% under 100micron flake distribution , ( not that shit hot , imo )
in the other pit (kringelgruve) they have mainly 75 micron ,
could that be the reason they start looking for possible better ground .?
much like AXE looking at MOX for bigger flakes , and is it better ?
tell tell signs if you ask me , amorphous graphite dominated ground will struggle like hell, hence companies looking for better stuff some where else .
