As I said a while ago issues with this one that's why I said no to Chairman's List and 30C pre ipo offer. Have a look at what happened to MGC and CGC which are Aussie icons. Below issue price. Barry Dawes is struggling with Dang Fang Agriculture which has a Proven PE of 4.5 or so with NPAT of $50 mil or so, and yet no interest. Did you guys get the picture. Its a no brainer.

Many millions of shares were issued prior to IPO at about 20% discount. . So all those Pre IPO guys who happens to be sellers are causing this as expected.
