It really isn't any different now. Property prices are higher compared to incomes but interest rates are very low, deposits aren't required at the levels they once were, etc etc. I'm about 10 years older than twenty but I'm still having no trouble putting together a property portfolio ... in fact looking for the final piece of my retirement puzzle right now
