Pj, my understanding is that the 10m story came from the commenter who first broke the details of the cr before announcement, based on a phone call with his broker. Since he was spot on with the details of the cr, his credibility is beyond reproach. BUT, the 10m thing was an aside. It was not part of the core information. I found it surprising for the same reasons you and others, such as Hotazel did. I suspect that 'we have $10m' does not mean that cash at bank last week was literally $10m. That would have been almost irresponsible. My interpretation was that the company will have 10m at the conclusion of the committed program in four weeks after accounting for all current drill commitments.
My assessment, but we get the quarterly report in less than two weeks.
