Currently those who want to buy can simply sit in the bid depth and wait until JB sells to them.
Once she has gone with this last 1.9mn then those buyers will have no one to sell to them and will have to move up the bid queue.
If it is only 1.9mn then that should be gone by COB tomorrow at the latest.
