Broken out of the F Flag (green) and also the downward trend channel (purple).

Then came back to retest the downward trend channel. Then bounce off it as if it was support.



Now lets see if this process repeats itself.
How high do we spike / how high does this next flag pole become?
Will we spike straight up and come straight back down again / will there be a flag?

Fairly strong movement in BGS imo. Something not reflected in the LIT ETF.
