    The Average price traded today was 74.2c thereabouts (not including Chi-X)... either there's intent to buy on market and short the bejesus out of BGS to get their Quota or There are negotiations been had and the 15 day average is going to be used for valuing?? Only thing Barney knows was that 1090 is the preferred number of today's days' Bot....
