I'll have a guess , ''this is not a laterite deposit''' , in the previous report it was stated this discovery doesn't need the hugely expensive processing that a laterite deposit requires , all that's required here is dig it up and send it to a smelter , low cost . Laterite = high cost , this is low cost therefore much superior than a laterite find , quite a difference , perhaps that's the answer .
