Two failing of the ASX.

1. They should have never let BIG list given the background of RE.
2. They should have more checks on the background of the management of companies, not just the board.

I do think we will see some significant reform out of BIG. The damage to the ASX is massive if investors can't trust the quarterly cash reports of companies. The GSW hype machines of this world are one thing since you know what you are getting into, but when a company puts out misleading cash reports this is something far more serious.
