Its not that we need something to talk about. The reality is that we can do nothing to influence markets. The best we can do is understand what is going on and ride the coat tails of much bigger market movers. Its a lot more exciting than reading production reports and checking profit margins of the companies we are invested in. To be fair the move in Copper was exciting. A 10% rise in price over a 14 day period
