Well, it would appear that Bill Shorten has taken to running the campaign Labor up here in Queensland. Apparently, he thinks Anna needs her hand held, and is not speaking on her behalf.

    From Brisbane Times

Speaking in Townsville with education opposition spokesman Anthony Lynham and Bill Shorten, state Opposition Leader Annastacia Palaszczuk said Labor would release its economic strategy "at a time of our choosing".
"Let me say clearly, our economic fiscal strategy is ready and it will be announced at our own choosing," she said.
Mr Shorten took over to lead the attack, sticking to the strategy of linking the federal and state conservative governments.
"Campbell Newman has not stood up to Tony Abbott," he said.
"That has been on the record, his record speaks for itself. When Tony Abbott cuts, Campbell Newman cheers. When Campbell Newman cuts, Joe Hockey and Tony Abbott says he's a role model for them.
"So what we need in Queensland if we're to maintain the best chance in life for the next generation is Labor." end

Bill seems to be liking it up here in the sunshine State. We have never seen so much of him.

But, the problem that Labor has, is that hanging your hat on Shorten is not necessarily a winning strategy. It is all well and good for him to shout slogans, but the facts are that at the Federal level, he is just as lacking in vision, policy and direction as the Labor mob here in Queensland.

I'm waiting for some "journalist" to start asking some real questions.
