The question has nothing to do with gay couples having a legal union and all the protections that the "normal" married people have, it is 100% that they want to change the definition of the word marriage so as to include many other definitions and descriptions for that word

I guarantee that the majority of these high profile people who came out with the yes vote actually know what they are voting for.

Not to say they are stupid but just like most other things they act before they think and to do some research is too much bother

Most people believe in legal equality no matter how strange they find gay people and the style of living but all of this, and all the division of the people and the country, all the enormous cost just so gay couples can gain some credibility for their chosen way of life

The politicians and leaders of this country should get down on their knees and apologise for the disaster they have wrought upon the people of this country
