What makes you think they aren't just fudding? I mean, if you could post a half sided story to make the exchange look bad it is possible that others might do the same. Most of those reviews were made during the Evan/Bitget fud. Think about it. Evan paid people to fud Bitget, he hosted giveaways too to dent the image of the exchange when Bitget noticed some unusual trading shortly after REELT was listed. That was how I got to know about the exchange. Did you take your time to read up on the whole event which began in April? Nope.
Its most likely fud and shouldn't be taken seriously. If Bitget was as bad as you've warned, they wouldn't reimburse those who were affected by Evans misconduct knowing fully well he was an advisor to REELT project. Not often do we see exchanges stepping in to protect their customers when things like these happen.
