It's a wonderful dream but at this time IMHO far to unrealistic
Australia has more than any other country the three main fossil fuels
More uranium than any other country and we supply 13rd of the demand, the biggest exporter of natural gas, and among the biggest and best coal supplies.
Also some very good hydro schemes, yet with all this we tie ourselves to a costly unreliable alternative which is killing any chance of any industry to produce what you would like to see and the only way we can afford to buy it all from overseas is to sell them the fossil fuels they need to provide cheap electricity which gives them a manufacturing base and money
It's a bit ironic that your dreams are increasing CO2 elsewhere at our expense, we are paying to make everyone else rich
I have an engineering background so that is why I approach subjects from a practical, realistic view, not a theory or "what if"
