You fairly well summed up the way we see the company too.
Bare with me forum because I am genuine and not just a downramper like some of you say. I have proper reasons for my ideas and am not just saying stuff becasue I am invested which is normaly the reason people have rosy glasses on. I am just seeing what is in front of me.

About people saying that the government is somehow supporting the company
a) i think thats BS because for a start they didn't support the company for that Aldp so they have no interest in supporting the company in australia.
b) if they are supporting the company in India (no proof at all but a fake poster said last week that the 'Royal' high comission was and that is funny) then it would only be assisting it with understanding the R & d rules and how to transition into a new country as a foreign entity becoming an indian entity.
c) there is nothing in it for the government because the company pays no tax so why would the government waste resources on a tiny company with no proven commercial value?

After reading back through some Director statements to see who is telling porkies (rampers or pessimists) i think most of what the rampers are saying is fanciful or sometimes made up. Even the Directors said on a number of occassions that this is going to be a very hard hill to climb (something about a bridge?) and they implied that there is only a 50/50 chance of things coming good for Esi in India. They said it would be a struggle in other words but possible but most of the rampers on here say that the deal is finalised and only official stuff needs to be signed.
On another note I read that this is only a tet facility that could be built in india! It's not even a proper production plant so no revenue would be made off it! So what the hell is all the fuss about this being a game changing moment for the company and the world? India collaboration could still discover that the test plant or technilogy is not suitable and despite it working in Australia in controlled labs that it might not get the same results in another country with a different type of lignite (not coal, not even close to being coal).
Almost everything the rampers are saying is imbellished as far as I appreciate. I have checked it all and the company is not a certainty for getting this over the line and if it does it is only a test facility that can fail anyway. So it is no wonder that the indians arent hurrying up to spend $20oooooo on something that isnt even proven to work for them!
I'm baffled by the market capital for that reason and i am prepared to see the share go under a cent now. We were close to buying yesterday and did tons of research overnight because of it and now we are thankful we did the extra extra research. I have no idea how the management are going to sell this Elf plan to the options holders without any assurance of them making a single cent out of it. Somehow it strikes me that such a facility favours the company more than the optoins holders who will be locked in with no power and no voting rights. The situation will attract downrampers galore if management fail put it that way. Those options holders will be furious and will use their voice here if they can not use it at general meetings. It is a bad move so its another bad element for the company. And why introduce more bad elements?
My sentiment is to be out of the company until its price reflects its actual value.
The patents are probably worth what $15 million? So that's that = $15oooooo and no more.
So I put the compaby at about half a cent.

You value the company at half a cent Arrow value it at around 3-4 cents the market values it at 1.6. The market has the final say.
I do believe that had the company and product been a fizzer it would not have traveled the lengthy process so far. Perhaps would not have seen the TPA much less the achievements there after.
Also Foz got the job because he is the best person for the job. Imo.
