I thought the CR was via Argonaut, not Max Capital? Interesting info re Jason B.
I also see a strong upside potential as per your post, also due to;
* CR done in two tranches, tranche one 5mil, hitting accounts 16th Feb - tranche two, remaining 5mil only come into play sometimes in late April and only if DD is positive.
* BMT had a very good spike on announcement and seems to hold very well, the serious money will come once/ if deal is officially confirmed after the DD, which could be late March, early April.
