    Yes it would be but coming out the other side of lockdowns, demand will still be there and some catch-up will be in play.

    As price info provided yesterday by SF indicates, contract spod prices are near $3500 US and Chem prices are still north of $70k. 7.2 x 5500 = $39600. Some of the Chinese converters can do $3000 pt so if they can do that and pump it out in the low $60k region, there is still some decent margin for them.

    That aside, today looks ugly again. Money in the bank is the cure to any pullback.

    At a 2.50 SP and with cash now starting to enter the coffers, a compelling investment case becomes very compelling and eyes from opportunistic suitor’s will appear. First sign was the minnow E?? which fielded an offer(dismissed by BOD). We all have our own targets for PLS and I’m sure most would be taking into account P1000, downstream Chem production and a supply deficit as far as we can see.
