Makes you wonder what is in the strategic plan that management have had put together but are refusing to release until the OZL t/o bid is finished.
I'm still having a hunch that AVB BoD approached OZL with a JV proposal and it kinda morphed from their into a takeover.
AVB management at the moment owe it's shareholders (who they work for) a lot of information. We should really have that strategic review now so as we can decide if we are better under the wings of OZL.
Not to mention drill results etc. that the review hinged on. The last wording I read indicated that this info was complete but was just being withheld pending the end of the takeover offer period.
This Board needs some pressure put on them. Forget OZL just give us what we are supposed to have!
