I am not a Labor voter but I don't think that a stock standard automatic attack on Bob Carr's character just because he is Labor is constructive. I do not find such comments to be thought provoking and it says nothing about his proposal. A little bit of considered discussion would be good and please leave partisan bias at the door on your way in.
I think the idea has great merit.

I would be all for this. I was scathing of Indonesia yesterday but all would be forgiven and I would have no problem with Australia contributing to this scheme with money and resources if Indonesia would come to the party and show some good will.
