Pickering may have a drawing qualification.....he seems to be competent at drawing penises.
How did Bolt get a job as a journalist?
What is his journalism qualification.
NONE.
He is know to be very good at trumpeting the company line....so he gets the job.
Give him a tv show and show it twice on the same station on the same day.
I have never seen this done before but its ok he doesn't need to follow normal protocols because he will always follow the company line.
