I am betting those shoppers were in mass in terror so do not understand how it is not "terrorism"
To me he was a terrorist , probably acting alone and probably mentally deranged
As to being Middle eastern like some are inferring , well looked also like a Middle Eastern man was trying to hit the terrorist with a bollard at one point , just because someone may be Middle eastern does not make them a terrorist ,
My issue is why does the justice system allow those with previous convictions (guessing this was not this guys first act of violence) both mentally deranged and sane to get back on the streets when it is a near foregone conclusion they will reoffend ?
Maybe make repeat offenders have consequences for their actions with either offshore prisons in PNG or capital punishment rather than allow them to go on to kill defenseless mothers .
