The irish are opertunistic rogues but there is definetly opportunities there especially since the irish banking system is holding back any growth by not lending money to the point that now there is a well documented housing shortage , the government are looking at a " use it or lose it " policy for builders to develope there land now or lose there planning permission.cork dublin are very safe bets also possibly parts of limerick galway .everywhere else would be not be worth the hassle, allsop .ie is an auction site worth a look for repossession sales.
