They have the money for the infrastructure but using it will increase our debt and all of Australia thinks we should be debt free.
Only way to get the construction industry moving atm is through debt.

Where I live we have 4 big waterfront developments going on..it is a developer from Melbourne and apparently it is the Asian that are buying them of the plan. he is spending close on a billion dollars on the four projects.
