iress is a live platform so no click to refresh, prices, charts, announcements etc continuously update without refreshing, combined asx and chi-x market depth/data(your orders on standard platform will execute on either exchange but you only see asx orders/data). Also you can have multiple depths/course of sales/announcements/chart/whatever widgets on your screen all at the same time

You can have other tabs with similar pages as well but I find it is too much for my laptop to handle and switching between the tabs causes problems(some widgets lose the code)
