I wouldn't like Qbrexza either, but that is the best topical treatment available - until Sofdra hits the market!

And whilst people can go for Botox - something like 30 needles under each arm pit every few months - it does not sound like the best way to spend $6k to me! And with the Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery that you perform being soooo attractive, it's very strange that the International Hyperhidrosis Society isn't promoting it strongly and every insured PAH sufferer in the US hasn't resolved their problem, permanently!



There is no problem - Insurance companies are onboard. You're simply mistaken, or BOT are committing monumental fraud of Enron proportions, when you say that no insurer will add Sofdra to their list - it has already been agreed. Like they cover Qbrexza for $690, they are also going to cover Sofdra for more than $700. They have agreed.

Qbrexza, the lesser product, is currently revenuing $30m a year and growing, so these other options you mention haven't killed it, and it doesn't perform anywhere near as well as Sofdra. So I'd take $30m annual revenue as my bare minimum entry point and build from there.
