its all in the webinar slides they released last week and every other preso for the last 2 years.

yes it will be easy once you get Sb approved initially for armpits to go back and get it approved for hands and feet. similar to Panadol with headache, back pain and period pain tablets are all exactly the same just in different boxes.
Or people can use it 'off label' for hands and feet also in the meantime.

so even though bot can't say the market is 16m people yet as they can only 'prescribe to the armpit patients'. it doesn't stop people from getting a prescription and then using it on their hands and feet. thus making the market really 16m people.
