I agree with you but like I mentioned in the past with the court hearing. There could have been some agreement.

For example and what I’ve said on multiple posts.. Looking at nopta applications, the majority of applications get approved in the 2nd and 3rd week of each month. This process typically occurs once a month only as the applications are then implemented under Nopta and can take multiple takes to process which seems to roll them through week 2 / 3 and not when the information has been received from the JA.

With January 2 / 3 week coming along with the imminent comment and the timeframe for “perfect” approval also the only rig in the area capable of doing the work coming back to the east coast, it was of course exciting to see if anything came from it.

The market reacted accordingly and will without a doubt bounce off this 3.6 level and begin the next rally for Feb 2 / 3 week approval area.

But you are right, we are all theories of information are pathetic but that’s the amazing aspect of a public forum
