I don't know of anything better than shortman. As I understand it, short-selling has to be reported within 4 trading days and shortman then reports immediately. IOW you won't find more up-to-date information anywhere (if I have it right).
BTW I think it's an absolute disgrace that short-selling activity (sell and buy back) doesn't have to be reported instantly. In today's environment, there's no excuse for people not being fully and immediately informed of relevant activity.
