They say that the value of a scientific paper correlates negatively with the number of authors - maybe that applies to media articles too? Most media articles have one author, that WP article had 10 authors. I don't think the article is worth much. I'll re-phrase that: I don't think that article is worth anything.
The article says: "Countries that reopened are closing down again amid spike in coronavirus infections". I have looked through all the information that I can find on Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Netherlands, UK and Bulgaria, and I can find no indication whatsoever that any of them are closing down again. Why Bulgaria, you ask. Well, when I was searching, it just came up so I looked at it. The last relevant item I could find on Bulgaria was: 6 May checkpoints removed and travel restrictions lifted. That doesn't exactly sound like closing down again.
