That's one of the main issues on why shareholders are angry and venting there anger because of the way these guys treat shareholders with contempt and disregard by keeping us totally in the dark on what's developing.
They seem to forget shareholders have invested a lot of money and to be kept in the dark & not knowing if they will get some kind of return on their investment.
You could call it a sophisticated scam.
