Don't you guys read thought the announcements. I know it feels like a life time since we got our first taste of being financed but its still relatively fresh in my mind. The rate is going to be around 8% or whatever the corporate rate is at the time. Here are the terms etc as per the announcement.
The loan will be denominated in Brazilian Reais and based on the nominal cost of CDI (Brazil Interbank Lending Rate1) plus an interest rate that will be
confirmed at the time of execution and will, in any event be competitive with market rates for similar transactions2 in Brazil.

2. Recommendations from current Brazilian mine producers and various financial advisors is
that, for a number of commercial reasons, bank finance be invested directly into the
Brazilian subsidiary and sourced in Brazil.
