BV could offer this and much more, it is a tiny loan in their world. It is more about policy and process, the acting as agent syndicator is more about products a bank has and not a simple case of saying they should take the whole loan if it's so good. I think if anyone is unsure they should investigate the practice to see that even the P&G's or other very large companies who may in fact have a better balance sheet than the very bank syndicating a loan and yet it's still syndicated due to reasons which have nothing to do with being able to cover the whole loan.
