Interesting and edifying that they are happy enough now to publicly connect George with AVB. I can't seem to put my hand on the announcement but I do recall one where it was stated that a finance expert had been engaged, over a year ago? If my memory is right on timing this would place George at the center of both the Blackrock and Appian deal. If so you would have to feel much more relaxed regarding the debt funding being more process and not too far away, even the most cynical of posters (not all) would acknowledge that his credentials and industry history are impressive, from my investigations he does not seem to be the sort of individual who would chase an outfit that will never mine, or have some phantom copper resource.

The most cynical of posters isn't required to acknowledge anything.

Technically it looks like we've been sitting poised for an upward movement for some time, just seem to be waiting for some catalyst. I can only guess Finance may provide that initial spark, so I'm hoping it's announcement is imminent. B-)
