The main costs being wages always comes down or stabilises in tough economic conditions. There should be plenty of workers willing to work to put food on the table.
This project will not be effected much by fuel and energy costs as it is not a huge plant that they will be using. Even if costs went from $350 to $450 per ounce the profit margin is still huge.
