Osteoporosis (OP) & pretty severe spinal involvement is expected at that age. My Nan is on Prolia injections for OP, VitD tabs & B12 injections monthly...no other regular medication, her bloods were good in hospital & with GP, otherwise with co-morbidities, no chance of surgery at that age. hypercalcaemia, no. Generally related to other health conditions, Cancer & thyroid. They would have popped her on regular caltrate as well if Ca+ if levels low whilst in hospital. Full screens are always done with #. If we get some news next week, I will be happy BE, but not holding my breath...like the kids at my daughters school swimming carnival tomorrow...50m is a long swim...I’m hoping I’ll be allocated time keeping tomorrow...a bit of personal cheerleading at the end of a kid’s lane often gets them to the wall on that last 10m xo
