It means a substantial sized capital raising. It should be good news as cash at bank was 832k for the last quarter, which should last at least a year at current rate of outflows, indicating that this CR was not for mere 'survival' purposes. Because CHK has no other tenements or JVs to expore or service, the CR funds MUST be in relation to progressing the lithium tenements.
Most of these CR shares would go to sophs or professional investors so at the very least we can expect a post-CR pump and increased news flow. Either way, we find out on friday.
