Well the vote in the British Parliament voted on to Leave, by all the Conservatives except for 4 who abstained, the rest that carried the vote was the Labor Party and the Cross benches.
MPs then backed an amendment to that motion, which rules out a no-deal Brexit under any circumstances. The motion as amended was passed by 321 votes to 278.
