In a state with 85 billion in Debt !! And No Major Construction in the Pipeline , The Stupid overpriced ,over built unit market is on the verge of collapse . My contact who works for a Major construction Firm says he will have No work at the end of his current job and Knows MANY others in the same boat ! Many companys are NOT paying their Sub Contractors on time or not AT ALL! This is a bad sign and indicates end of boom times in my experience! Crazy prices for an 800 sq. Mt Concrete box on 30th floor 700.000 Dollars For example .and massive oversupply everywhere !! This imo is a warning to anybody Interested in these Products ! But D.Y O R. and find out for yourselves !
